How to assign referrals for an incentive to providers
You can design an incentive to be valid for all locations, one location or one provider at a location. This is helpful if your clients expect to be able to choose a specific location or individual to provide them with the service. For example, you might refer a specific hair stylist or yoga practitioner, or a specific location of a chain.
Assigning to locations
You can select a specific location or Any Location to receive the referrals for the incentive. If you select Any location then the referral would be assigned to the Primary provider of the Primary location to manage.
If you are a provider, who is not an organisation owner, but you are associated to multiple locations, you have the option of assigning which location to which you want the referrals linked, using this gear icon.
Assigning to providers
If you select a specific location, you can either select Any provider at that location or a specific individual.
If you select Any provider then the referral would be assigned to the Primary provider of that location to manage.
If you select a specific provider then the referral would be assigned to that provider to manage. You can only assign referrals to providers who have a subscription.
