Controlling Privacy and visibility to providers

If you are a making or receiving referrals, you can choose to share your contact details for each referral. More information on this is provided here.

If you have a client account

If you are client of a provider and have a Reco account, we share your details with the provider in order for you to receive your reward and this is enabled by default. If you do not want this, you can switch this off on your privacy settings. Under the drop down menu click Privacy.

If you turn this off your details will not be visible in a referral to a provider (they will be shown as "Hidden"), and they will not see your details in their dashboard of the clients that are referring them.
