Managing subscriptions
Understand how subscriptions work.
Your Reco subscription determines how many team members can receive referrals. This is available on the Subscriptions tab of the Organisation page for multi provider and multi location businesses.

Understanding subscriptions
A subscription is required for each person at a location that receives referrals directly to them. Therefore each location needs at least one subscription. If you want multiple people to be able to create incentives that direct referrals to them as individuals, each of them needs a subscription.
Assigning a subscription to a team member is a two step process:
- Purchase subscriptions from the Billing page
- Subscribe each team member in the Subscriptions tab on the Organisation page.
In this way you can ensure you managing each provider effectively
Viewing your current plan
- From the User Menu, navigate to Billing
- Click on Plan
- You can then see how many subscriptions you have purchases and how many providers you have.

Adding more seats
If you need to add more team members, just click on the Plan tab and click Purchase Subscriptions
Here you can select the number of seats you need and enter a promotion code. The seats are charged on a pro-rated basis to the end of the billing period and become active immediately.

At the start of the next billing period, the New total number of seats will be invoiced.
Reducing seats
You can also reduce subscriptions and this takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can only reduce to the number of subscriptions that are either Subscribed at a location or Invited to a location.
For example, you may have Unused subscriptions for providers that are currently unsubscribed to any location. So when once you reduce the number of subscriptions, it will not be possible to subscribe these team members to a location.
Therefore it is better to delete any providers that do not need subscriptions for a given location, so that the number of subscriptions you are paying for matches the number of providers who need a subscription to receive referrals.
