Subscription plans and pricing
Overview of Reco subscription plans and what each includes.
Reco offers a very simple plan that means we only grow when you do.
How pricing works
Plans are made up of two simple components:
- A subscription cost per team member that receives referrals
- A per referral fee for each validated referral
Subscription fee
Billing is designed to cater to one or more team members at one or more locations, who are recipients of referrals.
A recipient of a referral is someone around whom an incentive is designed. This could be the business owner or receptionist receiving all referrals, or it could be a self employed provider within a team receiving referrals specific to them. For example, a hair salon may want one incentive for each hairdresser because their customers want to select a specific stylist.
For a multi location business, each location has at least one subscription and one team member can receive all referrals for a given location, and this counts as just one subscription.
Each subscription receives 1 free credit towards validated referrals each month.
The cost for each provider subscription can be found at www.reco.tips/pricing, and will pay for itself with much less than one successful referral per month!
See can see your invoices at the bottom of the Plan tab on the Billing page
Monthly vs annual billing
Plans are available as monthly or annual. To switch from one to the other, you will need to contact us directly by going to www.reco.tips/contact.
Per Referral Fee
You pay a small fee each time a real referral happens. A referral is real when both the referrer and the person referred confirm their details either with a 6-digit code sent by email or text, or in person. If they don't confirm, you pay nothing. You get one free referral per subscription per month.
The cost for the per-referral fee can be found at www.reco.tips/pricing
The per referral balance
To pay for the per referral fee Reco draws down on a balance on your account. The status of this is shown at the top of the billing page.

Your balance is topped up by a minimum amount, when the next referral would take it below zero. You can set the amount to top up on the Billing page:

When your next referral occurs that takes you below zero balance, the top up amount is deducted from your card.
