Creating your account

How to sign up for Reco and verify your email address.

Getting started with Reco takes just a few minutes. Visit my.reco.tips and click Sign Up to begin the registration process.

If you are a Client of a Provider you can either download the app and sign up, or go to visit my.reco.tips and click Sign Up to begin the registration process.

If you are a Provider you should visit my.reco.tips and click Sign Up to begin the registration process. You can then use the app or web to manage your incentives and referrals. pasted-imagepasted-image

Steps to create your account

  1. Go to my.reco.tips and click Sign Up
  2. Select if you are a Client of a Provider wanting to refer your friends and contacts, or a Provider wanting to create a referral program.
  3. If you select Provider you will then be asked if you are joining an existing organization* or creating a new one.
  4. You can either sign up up using your Google or Apple credentials or enter your first and last name, email address
  5. If you sign up with email, check your inbox for a verification email from Reco
  6. Click the link in the email to enter a password and verify your account. Clients of Providers can add their first incentive to their wallet and Providers will be taken through the organization set up.

*If you are joining an existing organization and want to use a Google or Apple sign up, first join as a client and then accept the invitation once logged in.

Providers can also recommend other providers. If you sign up as a provider, you also get a Client of Provider account where you can use a wallet to manage incentives, make referrals and recommendations, for personal or business services. Just click on Client Dashboard in the User Menu to access this.

Troubleshooting

If you don't receive the verification email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. You can also request a new verification email from the log-in page by clicking Forgot Password?.

If you already have an account and are trying to sign in, use the Sign In button instead. If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the sign-in page to reset it.
