Organisation codes — one code for all your offers
Use a single organisation code to give clients access to all your incentives.
In addition to individual incentive codes, Reco provides a single organisation code that shares all your organisation incentives.
What is an organisation code?
An * organisation code* operates like any other incentive, in terms of sharing with clients. However, when a client uses your organisation code link, they:
- See all your published and live incentives in one place (except those set only for Connected Clients)
- Can add any or all available incentive to their wallet (if they have an account)
- Make a referral using one of the incentives
This is different from sharing a specific incentive code, which only gives access to that one offer. If that becomes inactive, the link breaks - and no-one likes broken links. So it might be better for you to only ever share your organisation code if your incentive are going to be generally available to everyone.
Where to find your organisation code
This is on your Incentives page - you just need to enable it by pressing generate code and it is created. You can then share it in the same was as incentive.
When to use it
Organisation codes are ideal for:
- General marketing - "Connect with us on Reco using code ABC123"
- Printed materials - when you want to promote your business as a whole rather than a specific offer
- Website and social media - link to your incentive offers
