How to manage recommendations as a provider
Your recommendations page is accessible from the main menu.
What you can do on this page
You can use this page to track recommendations, manage their status and make notes. Think of it like mini lead management system, and you can manually mirror these records to your other systems.
You cannot see the details of the person that was recommended to you. The person making the recommendation to your business will have done this directly or via email using Reco, if they chose to share their details.
If you delete a recommendation, it is deleted from the public page.
If you archive a recommendation, it remains live on the public page.
