Sending and receiving messages with a provider

Communicate with providers or clients through Reco messaging.

Reco includes a built-in messaging system that lets clients and providers communicate directly without sharing personal contact details.

Starting a conversation with a provider

Only Clients of Providers can start conversations. A Provider cannot start a conversation - they should already have the contact details of anyone they want to message, outside of Reco.

You start a conversation with a provider on the messages tab of the provider page

  1. Click on My Providers in the menu
  2. Select a provider to message
  3. Click on the Messages tab
  4. Click to start a new conversation

You and the provider are emailed every message.

Continuing a conversation

Any conversations you are having are available in the "My Messages* menu and you can reply directly there.
