An overview of the Client of a provider dashboard
As a Client of a Provider, the dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in. It gives you a snapshot of your referral activity and quick access to the features you use most.
As a Client of a Provider, your dashboard shows:
- Your Wallet — a summary of the incentives you've saved. You can click on the share icon by each incentive to instantly create a referral from an incentive, or click View All Incentives to see them all. You can also add a new incentive from the dashboard by entering a code, or scanning a QR code.
- Your Referrals — this panel shows the latest referrals you've made and their current status. Only a selection are shown, and clicking View All Referrals will take you to see all referrals you have made and received
- Your Providers — these are the businesses you're connected to because you have added one of their incentives to your wallet. Only 2 are shown, and you can click View All Incentives
- Your Messages - see the most recent messages to and from your providers and click View All Messages to see them all
- Recommend any Business - using this panel, you can recommend any business, whether it is on Reco or not.
- Introduce Reco to a Provider - Know a service provider who could benefit from Reco? Use this panel to s them an introduction.
