Per Referral Fees
This article explains how per referral fees are charged and how top ups can be managed
You pay a small fee each time a real referral happens. A referral is real when both the referrer and the person referred confirm their details either with a 6-digit code sent by email or text, or in person. If they don't confirm, you pay nothing. You get one free referral per subscription per month.
The cost for the per-referral fee can be found at www.reco.tips/pricing
The per referral balance
To pay for the per referral fee Reco draws down on a balance on your account. The status of this is shown at the top of the billing page.

Your balance is topped either manually or automatically in increments of the cost of a referral.
Manual top up
You can control your spend by just using manual top up when you need to. To do this, just press Top up balance and select the number of referrals for which you would like to pre-pay. This is a minimum of 3 and 5 for the Flex and Growth plans, respectively.
Auto top up
To avoid having to keep on topping up your balance you can set an auto top up which recharges your balance by 5 or more referrals, when the next referral would take it below zero. Just make sure you have a credit card on file.

When your next referral occurs that takes you below zero balance, the top up amount is deducted from your card.
Update payment Method
You can updated your payment method by clicking on Manage Payment and deleting or changing your card in Stripe (our payment provider).
